Ever have a place where you always have to stop at if you’re within a 5 mile radius? For someone, like myself, who is taking on vegetarianism, it’s Bubbles for me!

They offer a wide variety of fresh juices, teas, and smoothies. I’ve been hooked ever since a friend introduced me to this place about 3 years ago. Since then, I make a trip to the North Market at least twice a month for a freshly squeezed Apple-Carrot-Ginger Juice.

Post Marathon Depression and getting back to #running #health

With the weather finally rising towards slightly higher temperatures, I was able to get out Saturday morning for a long run. The run felt really good. It has been a while since I’ve been able to run outside and it felt like I was in heaven running in the sun.

Vegetable Stirfry

Made Vegetable Stirfry for 2nd day of Lent for Dinner. You can use any amount of vegetables or spices as you want to meet your palette. Here are the list of ingredients,

  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Zucchini
  • Carrots
  • Minced garlic
  • Soy Sauce
  • Sriracha
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Serve with Steamed Rice

That’s really it. I forgot how creative we can get when you select a specific lifestyle change.  Creative, in this recipe, more like “simple”. 🙂
